ORIGINS
GOLDEN was founded in Quanzhou, China, in 2014 by entrepreneur Lisa, with the aim of producing high-quality, affordable Walkie Talkie for the growing domestic market. Operating out of a small factory in Quanzhou with only 10 employees, GOLDEN initially focused on the production of Walkie-Talkie.
Under Lisa’s leadership, by 2016, GOLDEN had captured over 15% of the Chinese walkie-talkie market, solidifying its leading position in the industry. In the same year, Jhonny joined GOLDEN as the Overseas Project Manager. With his marketing and sales experience, Jhonny led the company in exploring untapped overseas markets. He oversaw the establishment of five walkie-talkie factories nationwide, enhancing their status as a leading manufacturer of Two way Raidio
Achieving Global Scale
Through negotiations with key clients,Jhonny secured profitable partnerships and alliances, propelling Golden annual revenue to exceed 10 million dollars. He meticulously expanded the sales team to 10 executives and nurtured new talents to scale operations and meet the increasing global demand. Golden established its trade headquarters in Quanzhou in 2019, set up branch factories in Quanzhou, Jiangxi, and Cambodia, to be closer to industrial hubs, and continuously enhanced its design, research, and development, as well as sales capabilities in walkie-talkie.

Mr. Jhonny leads our global communications division, overseeing international walkie-talkie projects with precision and professionalism. He holds a Bachelor’s in International Trade, with a specialization in wireless communication systems and rugged, eco-conscious device solutions. Mr. JHONNY is known for translating complex technical specs into clear value for clients.
Outside of work, he is an avid explorer, passionate about global cultures and languages. His curiosity fuels his language learning journey, while his commitment to personal wellness includes running, surfing, strength training, and outdoor adventure sports.

With over 15 years dedicated to wireless communication technology, Ava pioneers innovation in the walkie-talkie industry. A passionate hiker, writer, and tech-visionary, she infuses creativity into developing communication devices that resonate with modern, mission-driven teams across the globe.
Ava’s designs not only reflect her commitment to performance and sustainability but also showcase her artistic vision and deep understanding of responsible engineering. Through her leadership and relentless drive for smarter, greener communication tools, she continues to inspire progress—setting new standards for ethical tech and global connectivity.
Jessica Du-Chief Technology Officer
Leads product engineering and R & D efforts for next‑generation walkie‑talkies, holding more than 15 patents.
Played a pivotal role in enhancing signal clarity, battery efficiency, and rugged design across our two‑way radio lineup. Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Xiamen University.
An avid reader, she spends weekends absorbed in books on science, history, and philosophy, reflecting on breakthroughs in wireless‑communication technology. She also enjoys hiking through nature’s quiet spaces.
